This program is vital for all organisations that are considering embarking on or have started on the road of developing inclusive workplaces. Having a diverse workforce is not just about fulfilling compliance requirements or minimising risk but rather it's about creating a workplace culture where people are valued for their difference and contributions.
Much research to date, has also addressed the cost benefits of having a diverse workforce. This seminar explores this concept further and assists the participants in determining some of their individual business drivers which will positively support organisational change.
