"Diversity & Inclusion", the new catch phrase but what does it really mean?

This program introduces participants to the concepts of diversity and inclusion and the many elements that constitute human diversity. It provides an excellent introduction for those who wish to 'zoom in' on specific areas of interest such as disability, mature age workers, cultural diversity and so on.

The program also introduces at workplace the business case to diversity and some basic strategies on building an inclusive workforce.

This course is also a prerequisite for Managing Diversity and Negotiating Difference.
